Sweet Angels

Never knowing where Angels pass their time,

I am safe just knowing when I need one she'll be with me.

There are many angels in heaven that I share with family and friends

keeping us all safe and quite aware of their smiles and warmth on our hearts.

Be aware that your guardian angel makes life more comfortable as we pass the time.

My Autumn Palette

Fall comes not clad in gray but like a seasoned champion in shades of aurelian, crimson and bronze. The winds and rain rustle through the dripping branches and all the brilliant tints of scarlet and gold change to hues of umber.  Oh, but the Pines still fragrant and verdant let me        know it is time to prepare my palette with deep ruby, copper and magenta for the sharing of our      thankful time together and the glory of the Christ season.  Art allows the sharing of love for all       seasons.  Ginny Brennan, Watercolor Artist (ginnybrennan.com)

Bidding Farewell To My Dear Friend Summer - Pondering On Our 2014 Fall

I've been reworking my website (ginnybrennan.com) and came across my "Chef In The Woods Giclee" Painting from a couple years ago. Made me think of fall in Appalachia.

I am just beginning my second year back in the Pacific Northwest.

Happy to be here, but "miss'in me" some

South West Virginia.

I recently had an opportunity to do a little study of Japanase "Notan" art and this was my take.  I used Sepia and was quite pleased with my cityscape.

Recycle/Upcycle Art  - my newest 2014 endeavor - has caused me to search high and low for tossed objected that can be revived with gesso and watercolor ground to make a statement for art in the home.  I am attempting to create original art that is recycled and upcycled as well as affordable for all to enjoy original art in their home and also serve a friendly gesture to mother earth.

Thank you for viewing my blog - come back at me with input which is extremely welcomed.  If you are an artist - keep at it and make yourself and others happy.  If you are interested in my art, that will make me happy, if you would like to purchase, just inquiry. Blessings on the winds to y'all.

Happy May Greenery and Floral Colors

Hello May - thank you for the beautiful greenery and colorful flowers to stimulate my view of the world and entice me to bring watercolor to paper.  Thanks Karen for spending a few hours painting with me Tuesday.  My website is up (www.ginnybrennan.com)  and I'm happy to say thank you to Kenneth at the webguys911.com for all your help.

A few of my Recycle/Upcycle still available after the Outdoor Sale at Spokane Antiques and Collectibles April 25-26.  Again Happy May and beautiful colors to everyone. GB
